it's like day dreaming...it's like imagining if you could say "if..." and it would happen...saying "if if was a 5th" you're just saying "if i could have whatever i want"...

i'm hopin i explained it well enough...i'm might not even have it 100% correct

That sounds about right. Mistah Fab had a song like that on SOn of A Pimp, and it pretty much sums it up. But Scodylan, you are on point.

i thought the 5th in 'if if was a 5th' was referring to a 750ml bottle of alcohol

'if if was a 5th then we'll all be drunk' in mistah fab's version
isnt it just referring to all the ramblings of ifs..

Victor Barron, who was elected to the Supreme Court in 1998, was caught on videotape in his chambers accepting $18,000 in marked bills. He was indicted for bribery in January, 2002, and pleaded guilty to receiving the $18,000 bribe and demanding an additional sum of $115,000 from a plaintiff's attorney during a hearing on a multi-million dollar injury case. Barron accepted a plea bargain offered by Brooklyn District Attorney Charles J. Hynes, hence, according to the Brooklyn Papers newspaper, avoiding a potentially long trial, which likely would have gone much further in exposing the deepest roots of the borough's judicial and political corruption. In October, 2002, Barron was sentenced to a term of three to nine years in prison, which is the longest prison sentence ever imposed on a judge in New York State. However, he will still receive his $97,000 a year pension while incarcerated.

If If

"If if was a 5th we'd all be drunk".

It means that people are over-usin the word "if". "if i woulda did this" or "if i woulda did that I'd be large" or whatever. Its a sayin that basically means stop whinin about what coulda been and do samethin about it. Its similar to "if a had a nickel for every time... i would be rich".

And yeah Victor Baron is a slap. So is Dope Track.
