On June 25 XHTZ (Z90.3)/San Diego will celebrate 16 years of hip-hop and R&B with Z90.3's Sweet 16 Bombucha. E-40, Dem Franchize Boyz, Bow Wow, Pitbull, T-Pain, Paula DeAnda, Keith Sweat and LL Cool J will partake in the festivities at the Coors Amphitheatre in Chula Vista, CA.
