After fellow major label rap artists Kanye West and Ludacris announced last week that they were moving releases from Tuesday, November 25 to Monday November 24 [click to read], the third major anticipated release of the week, courtesy of Vallejo's E-40, has now followed suit.

Warner Brothers just announced to HipHopDX that Ball Street Journal, the second 40 Water release on the label, would be bumped up the 24. The peer releases, as well as American Thanksgiving on Thursday of next, prompting a shorter release week, were listed as motives.

Ball Street Journal is said to feature The Game, Snoop Dogg, Bun B and 40's artist Turf Talk.

water sh*t gonna still slap ! i heard him on the radio saying he wants the stores foot traffick thats why he moved his date same day as them he not tryna compete with those def jam artist
makes sense

if everyone is already in the store coppin that Kanye and/or Luda they might just grab that 40 on the way out too

he won't be able to sell as much as Kanye or Luda... but the album should still do good... and it will for sure slap

and like someone else said... I'm surprised it aint leaked yet... he's keep a tight seal on that shit... good for him

can't wait for the album though

this shit is a lot better then my ghetto repord card but he doesnt have as strong of singles for this one like he did for that one. Whoever helps him decide which single to push should definitely make a video for the Game and Snoop one.
