I saw most of it, from 4:00 pm til 5:30pm. When Tigger talked to E-40 it was for a minute and the cable went fuzzy, all distorted in shit, only when he spoke. I didn't see a single 40 video for the time I was watching. I hope some one can give me the positive side of LIL JON & E-40 being on Rap City, Live on location in Puerto Rico, even though Lil Flip came on and took five minutes for his interview.
