numbers are actually pickin up in certain areas.......up by 58% in Dallas area, 45% Oklahoma, up 167% in Louisiana, up 67% in South Carolina......he's startin to reach the other secondary areas that he needs to get support in

Its amazing to me, the bay is so fickle. 40 never did these kind of numbers before on any album and everyone is disappointed. It took Bash almost a year to go GOLD on Smokin Nephew and 40 is half way there in two months. Hes doing his thing.

Not bad for 1 single. It took keisha cole and chamillionaire to push the extra units on there 2nd single. U and dat will be the 1 to get the yatches out there buying the record. But he been doing 10-15 thousand sales a week for the last 4 weeks. He's reachin a whole new audience still cuz th bay and sac region already bought there copy. He's out there campaign in the south mid west right now as we speek. You need to remember the majority of the cd buying crowd when he was at his strongest in sales are now in a diffrent age group and probally moved on into some diffrent music. For a 38 year old rapper he doin it. A lot of rappers in his age group have fallen way off with there skill. Have faith and tell everybody who don't got a copy to go fetch 1.

The fact of the matter is that 40 numbers compared to the industry are right on par wit everybody else. You cats have to rmember that it doesn't matter what he sold compared to wut u think he should sell but actually its what he sold compared to the rest of the industry. Numbers across the board are down in the industry. So when lookin at u have to evaluate from a differtent standpoint. If 40 is a flop than the whole hip hop and r&b category is a flop cuz he debuted at #1 on those charts and #3 overall.
