Debuting on the hip-hop charts at No. 3 this week is Mobb Deep. The G-Unit duo is bringing QB back to life with Blood Money, heating up the streets and airwaves with their latest single "Put 'Em in Their Place." Slightly shifting to No. 14 this week is T.I. The ATL big dog is still lockin' down the hip-hop competition, tilting his crown pimp style with 56,278 copies sold this week. Holding on to the top three rank is Chamillionaire, taking the No. 26 seat this week. Cha is living up to the vigor full force, as "Ridin'" continues to push units for The Sound of Revenge. Falling eleven positions to No. 34 this week is Sean Paul. The temperature is finally cooling down this week, as the dancehall disc has only generated enough heat to blaze out 27,291 copies, down from 30,064 last week. The total digits have rounded off to 943,673.
Next up is LL Cool J., nose-diving nineteen slots to claim No. 44. Todd Smith's buzz is fading fast, as the No. 25 seat was snatched from under him this week, taking in 20,684 copies at the end of the 7-day cycle. Moving downward on the charts this week is Bubba Sparxxx, lockin' down the No. 61 position. After 5 weeks, The Charm is losing its shine, with a snail-paced 135,411 copies pushed thus far. However, "Ms. New Booty" is still rocking the airwaves, pimping the southern game strong with 15,406 albums sold this week.
Ten spots below is Dem Franchize Boys, holding tight to No. 71 this week. After 13 weeks, the ATL all stars have banged out 441,668 units, with 13,601 finishing off the week-in numbers.
Hittin' up the No. 79 spot is Ghostface Killah. With the help of radio spins and decent video play, Ghost is tippin' the Fishscale with 12,283 albums moved this week. Lastly, E-40 bangs it out for the West, and Three 6 Mafia, Juvenile, and Lil' Wayne carry the torch for the south. E-40 is up at No. 82 this week, wearing the West Coast on his shoulders hyphy style with 11,463 copies sold. The video for "Tell Me When To Go" is a top-ten hit, further contributing to the 235,430 discs moved after 8 weeks. Reppin' at No. 86 this week is Three 6 Mafia. The Memphis crew is proudly reppin' for the south, carrying the southern region on their backs with 808,188 CDs sold in total. This week, the digits have rounded off to 10,965. Juvenile has stepped down to No. 93, moving 10,249 units this week. Reality Check appears to be aiming for that official gold status, and has finished off 407,417 copies to date.
