Does everybody believe that every artist from a certain region of the country has to look out for other artists? It is nobodys responsiblity to make certain songs just to make sure others get opportunities. E-40 is putting out singles that are going to have more appeal than just inside the bay. This is would be out reaching. He opens doors in the industry and if other artists in the bay can't get a deal, it is by no means his fault. He can't hold everybody's hand and walk them to a record deal. One single that hits the radio to drum up interest for his album does not define the type of record or artists he is, or is trying to become.
