DVD file converstion????

Can anyone help me with this......im trying to convert this dvd, i have it ripped as a .iso file, but i dont know how to convert it to a format that i can upload it onto youtube or myspace ect. .............do i need to rip it into a diff format? or can i convert the .iso file???

An ISO is an image that you burn. Can't convert that into video.
You need to rip it into an mpeg or an avi.

Before I would convert anything I would extract the files to see what's inside. Or try Daemontools (Do a search), which is a program that lets you open the .ISO to see whats inside without extracting anything. The extraction could take a long time, that is the benefit of installing the program.
