DVD Burning??? DVD-R or DVD+R???

How do I determine whether I should use DVD-R or DVD+R discs? I don't know what type of discs my drive prefers. Also, could someone please break down how to make an exact duplicate copy of a DVD? I have searched this topic and I still don't understand how it's done. Thank you all in advance......

DVD-R's are the most compatible for DVD players. Stick with Ritek Ridata, never had a single coaster.

dvd shrink is the shit, i just learnt how to make ah prono fuckolation! (throwing all kinds of my fav. scenes from many diffrent porno movies on 1 disc) I love todays tech.!
