cats gotta realize that some day they're gonna rush someones car they think is square till he pulls a piece and splaters their grill...
no one wants to die in a parking lot but if i feel that they (20+) people are out to cause damage to me then i gotta do whatever it takes to protect myself... id rather be a suspect then a victim

i doubt its a self defense case homie. self defense is knuccle to knuccle, bat to bat, sword to sword, gat to gat, u get it? if dude in not posing a LIFE THREATENING threat to you, u cant kill him. at least not in georgia. jus like if somebody breaks into ur house in tha middle of tha night, mos folx think they can shoot and kill that burglar but u cant unless HE'S armed wit a gun. fold.
i'm not disagreein wit u one bit dlocc. when i seen that video, i felt like blastin that foo too. but wut's right is right, wut's legal is legal. my temper would get tha best uv me also. but best believe, when tha smoke clears and shit settles, u or i would be in a holdin cell with no bail facin a murder charge. life is fucced up. fold.
eh.. i kno what your saying but if my defense is "dood was going to carjack me after he threatend my life" and i had the survelence to prove it... i doubt a jury would convict me. the most i might get would be a weapons charge.. i werk with a guy who's sister shot and killed a burgler who had bat.. cops didnt even trip on her... the main thing with a defense case is if u feel your life was in danger and could prove it... with so many people out in front of the liquer store and dood saying verbally that hes going too harm him he could have shot him and would have prolly walked scott free.... but it doesnt matter too mee... defense case or not im not gonna let some fuck take shots at me while im in my car minding my own buisness.. any upper hand i have will be utilized... id rather be carted off in a paddy wagon then an ambulance...
actually, since ol boy definitely was bigger than the driver, the driver could legitimately say he felt his life was threatened. Also, fists ARE a deadly weapon in most states INCLUDING California if you have any military or martial arts/boxing training. I'm sure a lawyer could make a case with the size issue if that foo didn't have said training.
However, most likely that foo didn't have a CCW so he would be catching a weapons charge. Also, most first generation Hispanics around my way drive illegal, not to say they was, but you never know.
In my opinion, best thing for him to have done was just back it up and let those foos have their spot. Nah mean, they was hella outnumbered, the driver didn't look like a banger or nothing like that. Fuck saving face, if you wit the family then catch ol boy on the rebound nah mean.
If that's ME in that situation tho, I never roll empty handed ESPECIALLY in my car so that foo would have been one sorry muthafucka.
