2 things about that USC vs Washington ending

1 What the hell were the refs doing? And why did they not stop the clock at 5 seconds.

2 Why the hell wasn't UW ready to snap the ball there was no TO's and the clock runs soon as the ball is set, but the refs took 3 minutes for no reason.

New rules in NCAA this year....inside 2 minutes....clock just rolls...clock only stops for first downs(then starts once the chains are down) and penalties(still trying to figure how this one works)....

Becuase of the new rules...there is an average of 14 LESS offensive plays a game this year in college football....and some coaches are not happy with it....

Right I understand that, but the refs just stood at the ball for 2 minutes and then outta no where set the ball and Washington wasn't ready. UW should of been set regardless.
