That's why I used to wear one....I was growing out my hair, it wasn't long enough to pull it back, so i put a du-rag over it to tame it.....i haven't worn one in awhile now....my hair is like 15-16 inches long now, so i don't have a problem keeping it out of my face......

i've seen every race wear a du-rag too.....i think it's funny how people talk shit on white people for doin it, but asians, and mexicans, and everyone else wear them too....but it's a "black thing" in most people's eyes......maybe they need to open them up and realize some shit.

I feel you but du-rags originated from blacks, that's why many see it as a "black thing."
