Kids Among the Dead in Drunk Driving Crash

Four people including an infant are dead after police say a drunk driver slammed into the sport utility vehicle they were riding in.

It happened at Tenaya and Farm shortly before midnight Saturday night. Police say the driver of a white truck, Ronald Jayne Jr. ran a stop sign, and crashed into a Mercedes suv. The suv burst into flames.

Three people died including two children at the scene and an infant later died at UMC. Metro says innocent lives were lost, "this is another one of those tragedies that didn't have to happen. Someone decided to drink and drive and because of that we have four people.. Potentially 7 died needless on our roadways." said Detective Bill Redfairn.

Four other passengers inside the Mercedes were taken to UMC and listed in critical condition. The driver of the pickup truck sustained moderate injuries. He faces several charges including felony d-u-i, reckless driving and involuntary manslaughter.

These four traffic deaths are the 64, 65, 66, and 67th of the year so far.

Drinking and driving is a very stupid and fucked up thing to do. Even if you are one of those cats that feels comfortable doing it and you do it all the time. You never know when you're gonna drink just a lil bit too much and then you could easily kill innocent people.
I know a lot of people that drink and drive like it ain't shit but I don't agree with that behavior.

My uncle was hit and killed by a drunk driver less than a year ago. He was the only parent, and two of my cousins are still in high/jr. high school, now without their pops and being brainwashed by the pentecostal aunts and uncles. Driving drunk is one of the most retarded things someone can do..never let the homies do it.

Police: Drunk Man Runs Stop Sign, 5 Dead

LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- A 19-year-old man made his first appearance in court Monday on charges that he ran a stop sign, causing a collision that killed five people and seriously injured three others.

Las Vegas police say the suspect, Ronald Jayne, Jr., was intoxicated when the accident happened around 9:30 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Tenaya Way and Farm Road. Jayne was driving a 2004 GMC Sierra that plowed into a 1998 Mercedes ML 320, which was transporting adults and several children, police said, resulting in one of the worst accidents investigators have surveyed in nearly a decade. The 32-year-old driver of the Mercedes perished, but the identity of him and other victims were unavailable.


Jayne was arrested at the scene and faces at least 20 felony counts. He was booked into Clark County Detention Center and is on suicide watch, police said.

yeah that shit is true though i have a cousin and one of my best homies brain dead and in beds cuz someone else was driving drunk...the drivers didnt get a scratch in both incidents....
