A senior citizen crashed her car into a crowded bank. It happened just before 11 AM at the Bank of America at Horizon Ridge and Eastern.

Police say the driver was a 90 year old woman. She says she's had a clean driving record, up until now. Luckily, no one was injured.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, senior citizens have the highest crash death rate than any other age group except drivers under age 25.

Triple A is offering a Senior Driver CD ROM with helpful tips to help senior citizens drive safely. The roadside review is a half-hour interactive program designed to test the physical, mental and cognitive skills of elderly drivers; it can be done safely in your own home.

The CD is free for Triple A members and $7 for non-members. To obtain a copy, please go to: http://www.csaa.com/global/article detail/0,,1008080200%257c5043,00.html
