sometimes im dreaming, and i wake up, and get out the bed, then i wake up again...then realized i was dreaming about waking up,
then im like wtf?
i sleep patterns and shit,
dreams shouldnt be taken too seriously, the mind can make shit up that you couldnt really explain, therefore, you shouldnt take the shit seriously,
like some people dream some scary ass shit, doesnt mean you did blah blah blah,
you were just scared before you fell asleep, or ya need to eat healthier
your nutrition can also affect how your mind reacts
