ok, so we have a "what kinda car do you have" post and I saw this topic on a different board and thought how funny it was that people were sayin' shit about a "escalade with a wood frame" so I figured I'd get some more knowledgable answers over here... what's your dream car or what would you like to do to your car you got now?
my dream car is either a 67 chevelle like my dad's but black, and a 66 chevy truck *which I have* but I wanna build up my 327 and do a custom interior with bucket seats with the fold down armrest/jumper seat, and two solobaric subs behind the seat where the gas tank sits now, I plan to take it out and put a car gas tank under the bed, and since I don't know much about amps, whatever will push them, and some 61/2" speakers in the door or kick panels, some 1" tweeters on the dash, and a head unit with the 7"display, and I wanna get some autometer "old tyme" guages set in a custom made insert made from cork flooring, a b&m floor shifter for the auto tranny (turbo350) 2 1/2" dual exhaust, 3 chamber flowmasters, the blazer/truck ralley wheels from the 70's trucks/blazers, airbag suspension, metal bed floor off a 71 chevy truck bed, and as for paint color I'm not sure it's a tealish color *the one in the other thread* and the motor options change all the time so that's why I didn't go into detail, I'm lookin' into Holley's Stealth Ram MPI fuel injection system, but for now I'll stick with the Edelbrock performer intake and carter 650 carb. and probably better rearend gears since I have really high gears....
