Actually I've yet to hear a tight rapper from the I.E.

Have you heard Sly Boogy? Or Dirty Birdy? Or Dr. Stank? Maybe you have and just didn't like them, but in my opinion all three of them are very good. Moss Major is good and there was some hype about him a couple of years ago, but I haven't heard anything from him in a while.
