Willis has an ERA that's .50 lower than Pedro, and also has thrown 2 shutouts, if they keep going at about the pace they're going, Willis would definitely get it. I don't really see Pedro improving enough to have better numbers but it's a possibility that Willis might fall off a little bit by then.

Wins and losses matter a lot for All-Star/Cy Young/etc. as stupid as that is since it's not pitcher-dependent, but that's just the way it is.
