One of the guys from the documentary Hoop Dreams was from there. What song was that with that 90's sample with the piano in the second half of the video. I think it was sampled off of Celion Dion or Vanessa Williams. That beat was dope.

The crazy shit about Cabrini Green is there are multi-million condo's surrounding the whole projects just a few blocks away. Plus Oak Street which is a high class shopping street literally ends like a block or two from the start of Cabrini Green. I drove past Cabrini Green in 1997 while in Chicago and that place is (or better yet was, most of it is torn down now) grimey as fuck.
