To all the French people of the world: If it wasn't for the United States you'd be speaking German right now. You haven't earned the right to have an opinion on world affairs, your country has never had a role in anything besides supplying some things here or there, which results to nothing. Get Fucked.
Ohh yeah and the reason why we aren't going after countries like North Korea is because the game is still young...... just wait; we will. Iraq needed to be dealt with first, they found millitary grade uranium, anthrax.... and get this they even found a fusal-lodge (sp?) to a 747 buried underground in Northern Iraq....... Terrorists were using it to "train" their hijacking on it. Bush made the statement that he will make not put up with any country harboring terrorism and when he felt Iraq was doing so he went in and took care of business. I'm glad we've got someone in power that does what he says and sticks to his guns.
SOMEONE tell me how you can defend not going after a country like that ? I get frustrated with some of you and lose my cool.... but I mean jesus fucking christ...... to all of those who dont think it was a good idea to take saddam out of power... look at it from this perspective... president clinton had the chance to have bin laden but declined for reasons uknown... and then look what happens... he constructs a plan to kill thousand of americans.... well the same thing would eventually happen with saddam... if we didnt do something soon he would have done something terrible to america or americans over seas... people need to face the facts... people like saddam hussein HATE AMERICA and everything it stands for... saddam was just the first to go down... there will be more in the future... and though it is a sad fact to face more americans will die fighting for these causes... but these people are in the military for a reason, to defend america and to do what they are ordered to do... they didnt sign up to sit on there asses... having our men and women die in these wars is tough decision to make, but it is a small price to pay to prevent another 9/11 where hundreds, thousands, or even more truely INNOCENT americans could die
Heres why you dont go after a contry like that: they have no intention of going after you. No matter how many nucs Iraq could create, no matter how many chemical weapons they could make, they could never compete with our arsenal. Even with a madman in power the Iraqis know better than to attack the greatest supper power in the world.
And for all the Uncle Sam's Out There: The war in Iraq wasn't about liberation. It was about Iraq supporting terrorism, Iraq violating UN weapons treaties, and Iraq posing a threat the the United States. There was no link found between Iraq and terrorist organizations linked with 9/11 or other US bombings and no threat to the United States, so Im still confused why we went to war. If we wanted to goto war because Saddam was a dictator and we wanted his punk ass out of power (which sounds like a more feasible and realistic explaination) we sholda just said thats why.
