I bought a rap cd at Tower Stonestown and the case wuz broken and u coudln't put the cd onto the
case cuz the middle part wuz all chipped and broken. So i went to get a new cd(same title) and the girl woudln't let me get a new one. She just gave me a cd case. then she dropped my cd on the floor and picked it up and DENIED dropping it saying she caught it on her leg! Y u bend down then! then she said "u better leave" can u fucking believe that? im a customer! then she has the nerve to sarcastically say "have a happy holiday! i asked for the mgr and she said she wuz the mgr but i knew she wuz not.

so i called up the store the day after and asked for the store mgr and told him bout wut occurred and he said to come by the store when he is there and he will give me a new cd. so when i go there to see him, he gives me a hard time and says i already got a cd case from the girl and that nothing is wrong with the cd itself! i thought i had his word haha and told him that. he said "im not tryin to be difficult" and i said "yes u are"

then he reluctantly gives me a new cd
but first he has to open it up first. then
he picks up the cd and wipes it on his dirty
sweater for a few seconds!!!! wut kind of shit is that?

i been buying shit from tower for ten years!
and this is the mutahfuckin thanx i get?
fuck tower don't buy from those bastards

if i wuz wearing a suit and tie and wuz not a minority they would have treated me with more respect fa sheezie.

fucc the big chains, no respect for their customer base. they dont need to cater to 1 person becasue a million more are going to come thru the door. that is why i go to creative music on ocean, they got respect for their consumers.

i bought a cd from there the other day and i got home nd it had a scratch on it from the manufacturer. i called joe and he said bring it bacc no problem, and he would switch it out. So i go down there expecting to have the sales person give me a hard time like they do at tower. But all the lady said was sure and started telling me about hom most of the manufacturing people are screw ups.

Creative music is going to get all my money from now on. Vote with your dollars, go independent

ahhaahaha..u should know all these years man...employees at tower records are probably the most uncustomer service related ppl around...its a store you go into and find what you want and buy....don't expect no help in any form...most of the fuckers there don't give a damn..bunch a lazy asses...I would buy from the Mom and Pops...like Creative..they are cheaper too...so you win both ways...Tower might have selection but they sure suck for customer service....

this reminds me of when me and my oldest brother went to wherehouse to buy and package sum tapes for my brother locked up.

we called in advance to make sure they can package the tapes and sign the paper provided by the prison where my bro was at.

my oldest brother talked to the manager on the phone and he said everything was fine and we can come in and they will take care of it.

when we got there we picked all the tapes from the shelf (24 deep,season of the siccness,setrippen bloccsyle and a couple others)

so we found them all.

now we go to the counter and tell them we called to make sure they can package and sign the form.

so we talk to the worker and he said "oh you have to bring your own box"

so my brother says "we just called you 20 minutes ago and you said you would package it."

then the guy says "i did'nt say that"

my brother says "i talked to the manager"

then the guy says "the manger is'nt here"

my bro points to his badge and says "then whut the fuck does that say!" and points to his badge (which said manager) he goes well your the fucken mangager right i talked to you on the phone before we came here"

then the guy says looking stupid "sorry!okay you want us to send these tapes for you right?"

me and my bro goes "yea!"

so the guy picks up the phone and calls the security on us.

security comes and asks us to leave we told them whuts going on and they say sorry but you guys are going to halve to leave.

so my brother grabs the tapes and slams them across the counter and the mangager is standing there all scared.

so we leave.

then we remember the form we have to have signed is still in the store.

then we go back in the store and everybody is staring at us.the manger looks scared as fuck thinking we're going to do sumthing then we get the form back and leave.

luckily this underground store did everything for us and we found the tapes we needed.

i just called the district mgr's number and i talked to his assistant.
he asked for my name number and address and i just gave my name and
number. he said it wuz odd of the bitch and the store mgr to do that.
especially the part about wiping the cd off with his dirty slimy sweater. that wuz fuckin ridiculous and a slap in the face.

he said he will let the district mgr know and that he is in new mexico
for the week. and that they will try to make amends.

yea tower workers are lazy and stupid as hell and they all look drugged up and weird. yea usually i just buy my cds and get out. i been going there cuz its convenient but now I'll go to Best Buy, creative for the local bay stuff, circuit city etc.

tower always messin' up somehow i stopped buyin' rom dem long time ago ....they mess up and dont be puttin out cd's on time if your local and not mainstream

Creative Music is on ocean and its cross street is mission. just follow ocean from stonestown to mission and it is on the left hand side of the street in the middle of the block across the street from a automechanic place.

I always hit up mom and pop shop..but i gotta question to everyone..what happend to 80 west? i drove by the other day and saw the place empty..did they move it somewhere else or wuz up?
