If they ran your credit card and took the money you know they have a record of getting money from you. Email or even better, call them and find out where your stuff is. If they see they took your money but their is no record of sending you anything then they know they messed up. Like you said, on the website you got an error message so obviously that messed something up.

It's not pathetic. Shit is rough in the real world, not everybody can land a coushy job. There are alot of us out here that barely make it and it sucks ass to finally be able to have some extra change to buy something you like and then have something like this happen. Then there are peole like me who buy weed rather than pay bills, we all make different choices in life.

Not to get myself lumped in with this retard, but I'm actually having a bit of a problem with the online store myself. During one of the 50% off sales, I ordered some stuff, and among the things I ordered was one of the red Strange Music logo hoodies.

I don't know if I fucked up and put 3XL or if it was a mistake on their end....but I got a 3XL. I'm a skinny dude. I just needed a normal XL.

I've sent 2 emails thru the contact form, hoping to work out an exchange for the proper size, and have heard nothing back and I can't find a phone number to contact either.

i have ordered three times now with no issues like that. They did forget to add one of my shirts on my first order although i emailed them and I had it sent and received it within three days. Try resolving things through them before bashing them on the forum... really what was that going to do?

I ordered some stuff and they shipped it to the wrong address. I sent an email and never got a response. I finally got ahold of them on the phone and it seems like they re shipped itI will post when i get it. they are just a small company man try and get them on the phone and they will fix the issue dont post hate on here.

With all of the crazy things happening in the world right now, it is tough for a lot of people, most everybody at one point or another. However, the opening poster obviously is using a fake screen name; is willing to attack the credibility of the stie, but not willing to lose any perceived standing he/she has with the site. Makes a ridiculous post about "they withdrew over 150.00"--that alone is worded that someone else took his money; it's not worded he spent over 150.00, but "they withdrew it" Ok whatever. But it does not end there. Ends the post with "these motherfuckers are gonna take more of my money" What is with the more money that they took from you? Now the claim is "they took" money from you twice.Do you see a pattern of the way the post was worded? Of course it was written that way on purpose; it was not a factual post, but one that was written to smear; why did you bring up that you barely being able to pay rent and food? Again, as your post was written to make it appear as your money was taken, not once but twice, but it somehow is this sites fault that you have to pay rent. That is what is pathetic! It's wise to question your business transactions, but there is no need
to slander this place. My two cents

I ordered shit several times and it took over 5 business days ONE time. The one time iti had an email askin a size on my Kutt hat i ordered. So if its not workin check your email to see if they have sent anything or call them instead of talking shit on the message board. Thats just fuckin dumb and childish.

I can understand gettin heated over a faulty deal. However, instead of comin out hard on the fuck you tip try getting ahold of the strange music team. The strange family are the real deal and I couldn't see them ripping off the fans on purpose. It's not like they took your loot and said fuck you your beat. Since other people seem to be able to make transactions the site has to work some of the time. It could be possible that your computer cluck-clucked during the transaction process. When it comes to computers you never know. Personally, I just hit up the merchandise table. I'm sure it will be resolved, and fuck rent... slip your landlord some xanax and put that hater to bed

my only complaint isi missed the last 2 50% off sales, im on a cmputer 5 days a week for work and the last thing i want to do is get on when im off work

hopefully there willbe another, but probably not for awhile
