I RECENTLY STARTED WORKING AT A NEW STUDIO FOR MY MUSIC.....MY ENGINEER IS WORKING WITH YOUNG BUCK ON HIS NEW ALBUM......A CERTAIN WEST COAST PRODUCER SENT BUCK A TRACK WITH A HOOK ALREADY ON IT.....THE SAD PART IS THAT THIS PRODUCER IS OFFERING BUCK 25G'Z TO USE THIS TRACK ON HIS ALBUM......DO ANY OF YOU FIND THIS DISGUSTING THAT AN ESTABLISHED PRODUCER SEEMS SO DESPERATE THAT THEY WOULD OFFER TO PAY SUCH BIG BUCKS TO HAVE THEIR TRACK ON HIS ALBUM??

I WOULD NEVER PAY ANYONE TO PUT MY TRACK ON THEIR SHIT....WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK ABOUT THIS SHIT???

Yeah elaborate on "established" because this producer must not be very hot RIGHT NOW to wanna do that....maybe he has the bread and wants to create a buzz around his name/beats again. I see it as promotion, not very stupid if you have the money to do it.

to me it's not stupid if you look at the big picture, some of y'all ain't all that business minded, so I ain't trippin.

if people pay to put their ads in the magazines and all that, how is that not the same as an advertisement. Young buck is everywhere now, and the bay isn't. Seems like a good move to me

could be seen as investment
but i would think that price is exaggerated

but if he was able to git some points and
the record sold hella units he would easily
make his money back....just on the fact he
had a track on a successfull cd. labels buy
beats off producers who have been affiliated
with cd who move units.

lol...the saddest part about that to me is that G Unit has already hit their peak...i dont really see G Unit getting that much bigger...correct me if Im wrong but the G Unit CD didnt even go platinum...as a crew G Unit doesnt got much left...to be honest I havent even heard the whole album but people are taking shots at them right and left and its only a matter of time until someone comes with something hotter and flushes them out...lol @ offering a rapper who hasnt even ever dropped a solo 25K to produce a track on his album hahaha.

it sounds like a dumb move. if it is a hot beat, he would want it. if it were gonna be a hit, why would YOU have to pay to give it up?? and if it wasnt gonna be a hit, than giving up 25k just to have it on the album would be foolish.
