No, you miss one thing:

KEAK does not mean the bay. When I say bay I don`t think to KEAK.

Bay means 2 PAC, RBL Posse, Richie Rich, Digital Underground, E-40, B-Legit, Luniz, Dru Down, Too short, Ant Banks...just to name some

This is the bay, not Keak.
