I don't pay much attention to the hairy mescan w/ an arab screen name, honestly. I think Travis plants reduntards like N8 and Sinje just to set people off here.

Gordy would fit nice on a Tech/Krizz track, but not on the label.
I agree with these sentiments.. but it is completely out of bias.. I can honestly say I have not heard all that much of King Gordy.. and for all I know I may really be sleeping on him, from what I have heard he isn't bad at all.. but bringing him on the Strange Music label.. I would rather them steer away from all the Psychopathic, horrorcore affiliated shit to be honest.. Prozak can cater that and he does a decent enough job that even myself who isn't completely in love with the style enjoys some of his work.. as for Grave Plott.. thats another story

why? its not like he actually does anything with psychopathic and i hope to god he doesnt sign with them, but prolly alot of his fanbase is juggalos or suicidalists, and he gives them what they want...kind of like a rapper that we all know here, and he has the same name as a gun (hint, hint)....and Juggalette is one of his best songs IMO.
He was on a track with Bizarre and Twiztid on Bizarre's album where Madrox said his name in the verse. And he did a song with ROC on the new Let'em Bleed mixtape by DJ Clay. He has worked with Psy. I like wicked shit from him, and I think him collabing with Psy is dope, just not too much of the fan-fishing lyrics. Like the name-dropping in Suicide.

I like Gordy's street shit a lot more than his horrorcore shit or whatever. The Entity is an awesome album.. His mixtape shit has been good, but I'm still waiting on his next actual album

I’d like to see King Gordy on Strange because he is a multi-dimensional artist with a lot of variety to offer both in terms of flows and concepts, and also because I think he’d benefit from the Strange's emphasis on strong production.

King Gordy is dope, I wish he would distance himself from the Juggalo stuff though.
I first heard Gordy in 2002 through his D12 affiliation when he was featured on the Promatic album and then of course The Entity came out in 2003 with its Shady Records production and features. A lot of the fans who were introduced to him because of these elements got concerned when he started talking about Juggalos and definitively calling himself and his music "horrorcore", however people generally saw that he was a guy trying to make a living and by acknowledging his juggalo fans and showing them love he could increase his popularity with that crowd. It’s similar to what Tech N9ne did a few years ago and what Bizarre seems to have done in the past year or so; talking about them as a way of saying “unlike most people I don’t hate you guys, so it’s OK for you to support me”. I think Gordy has toned down the juggalo mentions since the King Of Horrorcore mixtape, mainly because he doesn't need to specifically say it in order to get their attention anymore.

i think if gordy was signed to strange itwould elevate his rappin game in all areas. prime example is prozak, he was ok before strange music but in my opinion he stepped his game up when he got signed just because of all the other talent that was already on the label. i think if gordy was signed the sme thng would happen to him, not saying he sucks because i personally like some of his music, but i think it would elevate his skills

I agree, I think it would push Gordy to put enough SERIOUS work into his music to make people take HIM as seriously as he deserves.

King Gordy is a fucking awesome lyricist. And his flow is beastly. He is def underrated. He'd probably sign to Psychopathic before Strange though due to him being from Detroit. He'd be sick on either label though.
