does anyone know what rapper(s) performed at the frisco anti-war march yesterday?

this white dude was rappin' on a stage somewhere around Montgomery BART station, I forget exactly where. He sounded corny at first but was alright. Was there any other rappers there like The Coup? I know they do stuff at rallies but I didn't see anyone else.

Maybe most rappers are not anti-war...I don't like seeing all them protesters talking shit. I have 3 family members there already and I think they need support instead of that bullshit talk like "war for oil"...we are going to war no matter what just hope we can finish it fast like the first one

When I was at Embarcadero Center like at 12:00 P.M., folks were just giving speeches at the ??? Herman Plaza. Like at 4:45 P.M. at Civic Center, Los Mocosos (a rapping/merengue group from San Francisco's Mission district) were performing and giving their thoughts in between songs.
I was "working" at the time, so I only stayed for like 30 minutes at each place. Yes, I was looking out for The Coup and maybe others.

you were "working"? how you mean. and yeah i aint see nobody else either.

Casino Calhoun - people in the military need our support cuz most of em are in there cuz they want to erase a previous prison sentence or get money for college. but if they get adopt the bloodthirsty mentality of Bush and them, then i'm against them too. lil kids will die if this war pops off, and that shit aint right. dont nobody need the kind of money that these oil CEOs have and want to get. its not worth the human lives-- American, Iraqi, and other.

i think more rappers should stand up for the community and express there belief's...

its sad your folks where shipped to the Middle East... but they'd be fight for a VERY bullshit reason! I can't support a War over nothing, and will bring upon many more terroism to this country... all so Bush can feel strong, and act like we're "Un-Fuck-Wit-ABle"... we'll get way more problems then gains...

so yea... speak your mind... but please Educate your opinon before you go to either side of this debate, cause if your "for war" and cannot back up why? then your a idiot

they talked about re-instating a draft... ya'll won't care, tell your #'s up and its either die or run-away like a bitch!

ohh and if you know anything about this kind of stuff, just a senator was throwing up an idea about the draft.... but remember, congress is all republican, they can make that shit in effect very fast if they want too

Mezzano - I was at my first job near the Embarcadero when the people started to gather (went during lunch break), then I was at my second job when they were gathered (took long way through Civic Center to make a delivery.)

ABOVE THA REST - Check LocMocosos.com out. Until I went to Yahoo! and did a search on them, I didn't know they had a web site nor did I have any information on them (other than them being from San Francisco's Mission district.) Their music sounded fantastic.
