He is by far a true legend to the game, maybe not for being a lyricist or for not writing all his own lyrics but dude changed the whole rap game around in the 80's, all rap was focused on the East Coast but him and NWA changed that, he is a legend for what he created. Back then when they came out everyone was sporting Raiders and Kings gear just for them alone, had anyone else did Boyz in the hood shit would not be the same. Eazy was the face and creator of NWA and was not the best lyricist or rapper in the group but you can't look at NWA and not think of Eazy E, shit he founded the group so anyone that doesn't think Eazy E is a legend is truly hating on dudes success....I was around in that era bumping rap music and he influenced me heavily.....
