I voted no because I feel we should celebrate all accomplishments of people. Why cant blacks, whites, asians, latinos, and other races have history everyday instead of just one month (Like black history). If everyone tried we as human beings can celebrate all history.

Celebrating history is different than learning history.

I agree, it should be done away with, in exchange for putting it into the year round curriculum. I voted "yes" that we need to keep it, but that's cause there was no option for, "get rid of the month and make it year round with the rest of the history."

^Basically sums it up; that was my only argument. But I see that we're all on the same page in essence..

u should have made more (detailed) options in your poll, as it seems we all relatively agree with each other
