I'd have to say no. As good as our pitching is, our offensive lineup is just too pathetic to back up the rotation. Let's be intellegent about this, haters keep out!!!!

no....but if Posey reaches his ceiling, and Burmgarner (sp?) and Alderson reach their potential in 2011...............it could be cause for concern for Dodger Fans

lookin at it as glass half full...i think we do have a chance....
but it all depends on how pablo, freddy, ishikawa and schierholtz are gonna play...

with zito being further back in the line up and working out with brian wilson during the offseason, hopefully he can have a bounce back year and with the edition on randy johnson we can have one of the best lineups in the majors..

plus, being in NLWest, everybody has a chance...haha

if jesus guzman can learn to play a position with a good glove, i say we could have a good bat right there.. it's still too early to tell but he's not someone we should overlook just yet.
I dont wanna use him as a pinch hitter only a-la Mark Sweeney. And trades can happen too mid season for a bat or two.

i say they DO....not saying they will, but they got a chance. the division is weaker than weak and its gonna be them and the dodgers. the dodgers having pitching problems so i dont think its a lock
What are u smokin?? Did u forget about Arizona?? Arizona will most likely win the division or the Dodgers!! No one else has a chance!! lol @ Giants & Dodgers battle for the division!! Got Em!!

its a rotation not a lineup

i heard on baseball tonight that Zito has been working in the 80-82 MPH range.

and no, everyone just likes to say that the NL West is weak...........but they never got bombed out over the course of the season by centrael and eastern teams.............it seems like they always play each other close within the division.........

for example the Dodgers will play down to the Giants and Padres.......and play 10-9 ball with them and also play 10-9 ball with other division.........NL West not as weak as yall think
