i used to live in DC and have never heard of these rappers. the only people from DC i ever heard that were in the hip hop scene were Wale and big tigger.
unfortunately, thats how DC gets down all the time. last time we were at a stop light on georgia ave we were in a middle of a drive by and some high school kids got hit and one of them died. for being our nationals capital, its a shitty place.

There are plenty rappers I've heard of that are locally. But I must say drama do pop off but not as much as people may think. There's plenty of events lots free to the public and the hoods that its nothing but love between us. DC is damn near all hood or at least use to be....It aint' like it was in the 80s.
