has there been a thread on this album? I think it just came out. I need to go pick this up. I was just reading some of nas lyrics off this cd and it seems like its super dope.

Can you blame my generation, subjected gentrification,
Depicting their frustrations over ill instrumentation
Cause music is the way to convey to you what I’m facing,
Placing my life in front of your eyes for your observation
Now if you can’t relate then maybe you are too complacent,
Athletes today are scared to make Muhammad Ali statements

this album's dope!! the different styles mesh perfectly on every track, and the production is on point...

this shit's better than I expected, and I had high hopes for it. Definitely worth buying, not just downloading

this album is dope. I think recording with the Marley family really made Nas step it up, because everyone came correct on this. Can't wait to see them in concert next week, Oakland on Tuesday, Santa Cruz on Wednesday.

Really solid album. Nas brings the heat with every verse same with Damian, and Damian's production really suprised me it's really on-point. Dude is talented like his pops.
Everybody should cop this.

I have welcome to jamrock that's my shit,
haven't heard halfway tree though i might check that out.
Definitely check it out, I like it more than Welcome to Jamrock.

the track with k'naan was my favorite....crack.....
I want to hear K'naan do collabo albums with Jr. Gong, Wale and K-OS. I think they would create some great music together.

^^ I got my tickets to Santa Cruz because The Catalyst lets you blow the house down, they do not give a fuck about weed. I'm sure Oakland is cool with it too...but I've never been to the Fox and don't want to risk not being able to blaze at this concert. I remember seeing them at Rock The Bells but smaller venues and the fact that they now have an album out makes me not want to miss this at all.
