We had 2 boats with us that day, my cousins and our friends, 2 red boats, you can actually see them to the right of the vid you posted. No santa cruz chick with us, everyone was from disco bay/san jo/frisco. From what people tell me the scenes died down. No girls exposing titties, no girls gone wild shit so far this year. yea the coast guard is out there..i only saw the coast guard/sheriff out in this big ass bay...i think it was called mandeville..supposedly owned by the hiltons..idk tho..if u boat safely, they shouldnt bother u...
