Not to be a hater cause I respect what Buk has done in the Ville but saying hes gonna become the biggest artist ever from the siccness is a little steep.

Bukshot is about to sign a major deal and he was looking for artist to sign.................so he invited a bunch of groups to Louisville one weekend when they had a huge on the river fair type thing.........He wanted the groups to sell his cd and who ever sold the most would get the contract, not based on talent what so ever.................Warfare did not go for that type of deal, don;t get me wrong he still cool personally and he showed me no0thing but love over the years, it's just business nothing personal

i said ONE of the biggest. and seriously, besides Lynch who moves a lot of units that post on this board?

c bo dont post on this board, and im not talking about anyone who has made 1 or 2 posts either. buk use to be a big part of this site when roloc was running it. he went out the the first siccness concert....

and i dont know anything about what buk had people doing to get signed so i cant speak on that (from what is said on this post is sounds kinda shady and from what i know about buk it sounds a little fishy. i doubt buk would sign someone just based on how many of his cds they sold. it might of been a way to weed out people who arent willing to hustle.)

either way, i have respect for a lot of the artists that are on this site cause they are taking time to connect with their fans but on a level of working with superstars in the industry and about to sign a major deal there isnt too many people on this board that can say that.

its just a lot of the bridges between buk and this site have been burned for whatever reasons from people on both sides of the bridges. but everyone has went their way and still doing things. I know buk still checks out this site every now and again tho.

Ask him yourself if u think i'm lying...............................
I'm knocking the man's drive for what he wants in no form or fashion......but that was the guidelines he gave us.............ask Bilistic............................
We did not do it cause we did not want to hustle , like we lazy. We would not of drove there for the second time in a 8 monthspan. I took my boys down just to pass out free cds that came out of my pocket...we far from lazy with it.... By why should I peddle off your product when i got stack of cds of my group in my hands.............that is how my boys felt about the situation........I gotta ride wit my boys ...............He should of done it on pure talent.....no question asked my boys would rip anybody he brought down therrre even Bilistic...............

im not sayin he didnt do that. im just saying i think he had a hidden reason for doing that. it prolly wasnt cut and dry 'if you sell the most of my cds i will sign you' its just the fact that in independant rap sometimes you're ability to get out in a crowd and move units and interact can sometimes be more valuable then talent.

put it this way, a semi-talented artist with people skills will be far more successful then an amazingly talented artist who don't want to do shit but make music. (as far as indy rap goes)

i wasnt saying you were lying.
