The new governor of cali passed a legislation ordering 48,000(thats only half) officers across cali to give up their govt. issued (tax payer paid) mobile phones. Did anyone even know we were paying for that? I thought they used personal phones. I realize the fbi,cia,dea,etc. would need em for quick contact, but I still think they should be made to use personal phones...Its also estimated to be saving cali $20,000,000 a year. The fuck were you doing over there govanata?
