who gives a flying fuck what race he is, does that make him less compitent on what should and shouldn't be played?? does that make him less of a fan?? does that bring his dj skills in to question??
truth is Scotty Fox is one of the coolest people i have met and delt with in this music game, and he's showed me and my camp a lot of love and respect, when he didn't have to. Scotty appreciates good music, yes he has to deal with politics and bullshit just like anybody else in this music industry, but ultimately he is for the Bay and Good music in general and does what he can to help it come up.
i get some of the same reactions too though, C-4 is white??? WOW. No Way??? until people meet me and get to know me and how I am as a person, don't just somebody on some bullshit. don't judge a book by it's cover, by posting this thread you're trying to make hip-hop culture and bay area rap take 10 steps backwards, exclude the white fans and employees of rap music and you lost a LOT of fans, a LOT of sales, a LOT of execs and much more. one of the best and most beautiful things about hip-hop is that it brings EVERYBODY together, every race, from around the world, no other music does that.
I'm proud to say I'm White and I am working in the music industry and I am a hip-hop fan..... like the commercials and the ads say "I am Hip-Hop"
So are you, so just kill this nonsense
This post is corny, but Mustynutz, your post was fuckin hilarious..... until I saw myself in it hahahaaha
