"Devil Boy" Question

In "Devil Boy" Tech says "so ain't no brimstones, I ain't no Jim Jones". I doubt its a jab at Jim Jones from the Dip Set so can someone tell me the meaning of that line and/or who is the Jim Jones Tech is referring to?
