What about the guy in the grey shirt, who was apparently wearing a laminate? Will he be suspended from his job for punching a peacemaker Freddie Jones in the head from behind?
Artest is a prick...no doubt. But if nothing is done about any of the fans involved...then that's the real crime.

There were two white boys that got beat up for no reason and maybe a couple more that had gotten attacked. But you right if nothing is done with the fans there is something INCREDIBLY wrong. I say ban BEER from the games then there wouldn't be fights or acts of this violence. Look at the Ravens v.s Browns last year fans were throwing beer bottles at players and reffs.
yea and ban batteries and quarters and every other fuckin thing they threw at john rocker at shea stadium....its not the beer....its the pride they have in their team...if someone comes and talks shit and starts shit with THEIR team...they get offended...if they didnt have beer bottles they would have thrown anything available....like water bottles...hot dogs...babies....whatever
I think all the fans that think they are hardasses and can throw shit at a player cause they have a ticket should just thrown in a room for 5 min with whomever they threw the shit at and justice will be served. Its pretty sad all that had to happen cause of some dumbass fans. I like how the guy that started the whole thing gets like a 6 game suspension and that big mexican that got hit, if you look oneal lost his footing when hitting him... imagine if he would have connected solidly what woulda happened.
Ok your right, BUT!! It can be a contributer of drunk fans. As in boxing there is a fight in the crowed a majority of the time (that same bitch keeps screaming in the back ground every time I ordered a fight). Maybe I did jump the gun with out thinking clearly but I hope you understand what im trying to say.
Yeah I follow man, but I mean... It's like here in NY it's illegal to smoke in BARS. So you can go drink your face off but you can't have a cigarette. The thing is, every bar I've been into doesn't abide by that rule, and the same thing kind of applies to "no drinking at sports events". People in general start drinking in the parking lot as it is. It's better that they're shitfaced at the 4th quarter rather than when they give in their tickets because they know they can't drink in the stadium.
