This is for everyone who's been doing this for awhile and at a professional level..Couple of questions..Do you guys use a art tablet or just use the mouse?? Second, do you know where is a good place online where you can order these graphic art tablets at a cheaper price cuz I see some of them be up in the couple hundred dollar range...

Thanks for helping me with this..

Well, I believe it depends on what you are good at. If you enjoy drawing then perhaps tablet's for you, and if you're good at mouse then mouse and keyboard is for you. Or you can use both mouse and tablet....like this I just found

Yeah I just think that sometimes it would be easier to extract and trace around some things if It was a pen instead of a mouse..its just they fukkin expensive..I mean I used to work at frys electronics and I can get a discount but there is no profit so the discount is low and they like $200-$300 for like a tablet that is 4"x4"..

Ya, well adobe photoshop illustrator is perfect for mouse/keyboard, it's a good program which I can tell. You probably should get yourself tablet cause illlustrator costs around 800-1000$ ya kno. But I'd recommend illustrator, never used or tried tablet before. But it's up to ya.

^FOR TRACIN' AND MANIPULATIN' PHOTOS, PICTURES, FLIKS, OR IMAgES WITH AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE THAT LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE A PEN. IT MAKES PHOTOSHOP THAT MUCH POWERFUL. YOU CAN BLEND COLORS BETTER, AND IT INCREASES YOUR WORKFLOW.

its a hit n miss thing.....
some people love them,
some would rather stic 2 the keyboard and mouse....
depends onna buncha factors, me myself only pull it out
when theres a great amount ofvector work involved or
i have fine detail work and i need to really get n there tight....
great for drawing onna computer for people who feel more
comfortable w/a paintbrush, pencil or pen.......
so if ure a graphic artist w/no art bacground
itll prolly be really awkward to use.....
