...dont know if any1 posted this but it was 94.9 or 106 but Daz wuz intereviewed talking about how he released albums independently before his So So Def deal, said he bought his own cd pressing machine & makes a shit load of money! Said that he's trying to buy the Doggpound catalog from Death Row cuz its up for grabs, Snoop & Dre are also trying to buy the catalogs for Doggystyle & The Chronic. He gave props to JT, Big Hollis & 40 for lacing him on the independent game & how to do it right, also gave shouts out to The Click & others. Said the only reason he signed to Sosodef wuz for the nationwide promo & exposure so he can sell more albums independently! What wuz kinda shady was he said after that deal he will re-release all his albums wit different covers & maybe a new song or 2 so folks will think its a new album, kinda like JT be doin!
