easy, he did something to the deck that allowed that one card flash for .5 seconds longer than all the other cards so that card sticks in.

his levitations are all fake also, notice how they never show you him floatin off the ground except for a few shots where you just see his feet.

criss angel is something else tho with his cam tricks n etc.
