I read that whole argument on the 70 Mile and Strange shit, took me 2 days, but I did it and it's fucked up, funny and sad at the same time...
It's fucked up for the simple fact that "I" was under the impression that the beef was over, and the time I hear Matt and Travis chopped it up over the phone it was done with... I heard both sides, Travis and Matt's... Not to stir anything up, but I cant get past the statement TECH made about 70 Mile, but if it's been brewing inside TECH for that long then, maybe he hasn't been informed of the kiss, hug and make up, by him and Trav, then I understand it... "Unless," someone continues to stir shit up about it. Matt may have said some things in the past, but that was years ago, all is forgiven I believe, and I cant see how if Tech is as forgiving as he has been, and Matt not saying ONE word that was sideways to TECH nor STRANGE for that matter in over a year, how is it that TECH is still torn enough to where he would say that with such malice. Someone is stirring shit up is what I believe???? Who's to say, but that's my take on it...
The reason it's sad is... The FANS on the STRANGE MUSIC Forum, and in the streets are "Totally" uninformed. When I talk to fans outside of the shows or in the streets or on the forum who PM me, that are afraid to ask Strange affiliates or someone that isn't close to being humble about what's going on with TECH, because they will be bashed and banished on the Siccness, then they can only assume, and that's fahqed up! Then we have people that are on the inside that can pick up the phone and or drive to Trav's crib and get the low down on what's hapnin and we treat the fans like "Stupid, you didn't know that TECH was performing at the Uptown, or the DVD is pushed back to this date!!!" It's sad! Even as long as I've been on here, I can't just automatically go to the Vitals and find what I want, so if I got a question, I'll ask too! And you can call me stupid, but there are times where I spent hours talking to fans in malls or at concerts that just wanna know what's going on cause that's my love for Strange and what I have been blessed with being around, and when they tell me shit that they believe because someone told them, and I know it's wrong, I feel obligated to straighten the mess out and correct it. And in the mist of that, they dont even know that a DVD is coming out or alot of shit is happening. Now I know that you can't touch everyone, even with the best promotion money can buy, but when you come at the fans like the gotta walk on eggs shells or be put on blast, it hurts their feelings like telling them to fuck off or something... I know how it is to be a fan, and having to sit outside a show for hours just to get in, or being blown off by big wigs that have you travel 3 hours and change plans on you like your time isn't money either... And I have been on the inside where I can walk around and not a muthafucker stop you and ask you who your are cause they know who the fuck you with and at the same time, seeing those same people that drove hours to meet Tech N9ne in person or interview him sit outside trying to get at anyone with inside connections to accomplish on thing and become unsuccessful... I feel those muthafucka's there! My whole point is, this is a "FORUM" where you inform, clarify, argue, chat, and update the "FANS" with what's going on. Everyone (Those with answers) doesn't have patience to answer every question in a timely and respectable manner, but please, if we are the ones crying about internet beef, just answer the question and leave the smart ass remarks out of it.
