Bay area music just needs more lyricists... so many wack ass rappers. and pretty much stop making the same songs over and over. Half these songs sound the same, traxamillion is one of the few dope producers and even his tracks are starting to sound the same. The jacka is the last hope for us, you know e-40 is gonna be slappin, but hes not really gonna get hype because plain and simple hes just been around too long. You really only get one first impression on the nation, and E-40 is just not gonna be received highly enough nationwide.

shit really isnt all that tight right now. i mean all my boys are hardly buying any bay cd's and we came up on 90's bay shit thick. and if you knew us were just like everyone on here bay music is a religion, its saying something that they arent buying it. not saying there isnt dope shit still i like 40 and mess alot and ya boys only solo was cool, but the shit is just so few and far between now, albums have a couple good tracks on them, shit like that, i think in one way or another without HATING most people can say the slaps are not in season as they once were. and im not hating thats just my opinion. is bay shit til i die on mine, my iphone stays playing all the bay shit of old and the good stuff of late, but it isnt exciting me and pulling me to rasputins to get all the newest shit.

yea i feel, niggas is just not fuckin with other cus of a history of differences on there turf. esp. that oakland/frisco beef, i seen at least 6 scraps between em, richmond too, actually all these bay cities be trippin off each other, its all bad, the bay needs some unity,

what bay area rappers need to do is get together and make songs show some unity and stop trying to charge people that stay in your region... start charging these new york midwest down south people but when it comes to home y'all should do yo thang for the bay. it would make good songs and probably also make some rappers try harder. but hey i dont know thats why we dont mess wit the bay much because people dont know how to work together and im from the bay.
People know how to work with eachother, the bay dont have a radio station like hot 97 that supports there own. Its funny that when they filmed that my block: the bay shit mtv wanted Nickatina so bad on there that they had his name first on the ending credits being thanked and didnt even make an appearance yet i dont recall him ever getting any radio play. i mean some of these kmel djs put out mixtapes for bay artists yet they still dont be getting radio play, theres is a reason there no longer the peoples station
