You keep making posts with quoted comments that I already stated as if the quotes were some sort of evidence against me. These quotes that you continuously use are quotes that state exactly what I say and what I mean (What I've been saying). They're helping me by showing the people that my message has been very consistent. When you tell the truth, you story never falters. My words stay the same. It never changes. Your words dance around the topic and only point blame at everybody else, but you.

This is why I'm not going to keep arguing with you. It's pointless to talk to somebody who thinks that their shit doesn't stink.

The major point of me pointing this out is the fact that it would have financially made since for me to send it back to him overseas when I would have to prove that he got it back. I would have had to purchase regular 1st class mail + Plus Registered Mail. This way I can prove that he did indeed receive the item back to him. That along would of cost me around $20 or more. So it more sense for us to make an agreement on a settlement price. He and I both agree and that should have been the end to this. We shouldn't even be discussing this right now as I write.

Like I said I agree with your position, however please look at the fact that I had to make a good situation for both of us. I wasn't the person who stated and I quote, "All OF THE CDS AND TAPES IN MY AUCTIONS ARE GUARANTEED TO BE ORIGINALS AND NOT BOOTLEGGED CDRS!" in my auction.

He guaranteed it, so he needed to back that. Thankfully he did.

Really I have no complaints and was never trippin'. Apparently that is not the case for him.

That was a $10 refund and he kept $5.50 + $7.50 in shipping. That was a total of $13 that he kept.

I know you feel me on that Basement? He can't be mad at something that he agreed too.

I guess I really don't care. I was just stating that if you want to keep something then you pay for it, if you don't then just send it back. If there is an agreement past that, its between you two. I'm not sure why you would feel obligated to send it back registered though, at the end of the day I just can't believe anyone would spend this much time and effort over a $15 cd.

Which means that you have 5 copies (2 + the 3 ones you sold) since you are on ebay.

I think you are probably too busy to educate collectors about G-Rap that you don't know if you already sold 2 or 3 of them on ebay.

I just have one thing to say for everybody read everything here and every words from the start to the end then you'll see that there are some incoherence between what you said in the thread since the beguinning and all your messages on ebay.

He lives overseas. Due to that, I would have to purchase Registered Mail, just in case he were to say that I didn't ship it back. If he were in the U.S. I wouldn't have to worry about this as you know. That's all. You're right. It's just $15, but he had to bring this thread back up for whatever purpose.

Basically it was simple. So simple that the thread should've stayed dead, because it was settle and done with.

Why he continues to blame me for his choices/actions I don't know.
