^^uh do you know who Forte is? Look at his numbers last year (combined yards). For a rookie and on a team that hardly ever passed, he did fantastic. You don't think now with Cutler and the fact they will be able to pass more and more effectively, it's not going to open up Forte's game even more?? And you don't think Forte's success will open up Cutlers game?

As far as their defense, last year as I pointed out they had a number of problems lots of injuries. This year they are healed, they have made additions and Lovie Smith is taking over the defense. Don't underestimate them they will still be top 5 defense in the league.

Assuming there are no major injures, they will easily win over 8 games. Bet on that.

I think it will be close as to who takes it, either vikings or bears, but it's gaylord status of you to assume the bears wont even win 8 games when they went 9-7 last year. You're actually saying that they will do WORSE then last year when they had Orton and Grossman at QB and a dozen or so injuries. That to me proves you really don't know WTF you're even talking about.

A. ^^ i gave credit to the bears running game
B. as i stated their defense is on a decline
C. Jay cutler had great wrs to throw to and a better pass protection o line protecting him

his best recievers are olson and forte hester is fast but nowhere near being the fundamental wr the bears need hester = good slot

No i think they got marginally better at the cost of two first round picks and a 3rd

ok so the 8-8 thing was just my hate for the bears speaking,

but i do believe the vikings and the packers to still be better than the bears

And you odnt think the Bears will pick up a WR inthe draft? Shit, they might draft 2 now that there is a QB who can actually QB a team.

In the 2nd round, the Bears WILL get a WR, it just really depends on who is available. THey could also pick up Someone like Shipley in the later rounds...

^^yep. Plus if you look at da bears first round draft pick selection over the last 8-9 years, they do horrible (:cough: cedric benson :cough:) with exception to a couple guys like tommy harris and probably Olsen. They are great at finding gems in the later rounds.

True the bears have sucked it up in the 1st round pick selections just like the lions and the vikings, i guess if you look at it the viking s wasted 3 1st round picks trying to get a prized de, erasmus james bust, kenechi udeze lukemia, and the trade. and i dont even want to have to think about troy williamson, atleast they've did somthing right with gettting ap

qb situations coming from a 9er fan who you have jt alex smith and damion huard,
sure sage was a waste of a pick, booty is booty, but t jacks is coming into his 3rd year and continues to improve

he had a 1000 yds passing 59% completion percentage 9 td 2 int and a qb rating of 95.4

This is his make or break season, all he has to do is not turnover the ball and make a couple longer 3rd down conversions a game, dont really like childress as head coach but i guess it could be worse

You always act like the Vikings are the only ones who have used steroids! Shit, the 49ers teams have been full of needle shooters like every other team in the NFL! I can admit that the Steelers are right in the mix when it comes to using performance enhancing drugs! Why can't you when it comes to your team? Why do the Vikings have to be an exception? Are you that ignorant? I hope not!!! All teams players have had needle shooters! Especially the Niners of the 80's and early 90's...

P.S. I know your a dumb ass fag that starves for manly attention, but keep it gangsta this time...

GB being better than us???!!! COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are switching from a 4-3 defense to a 3-4, and they don't have the right personel to do it!!!!!!!!! So that tells me that Defense will STRUGGLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! They BIG problem with our Defense was our pass rush or lack there of one. If Marinelli gets these guys back to what they should be doing(And I believe he will), our Defense will be top 5 in the league!!! That means if we figure out a way to contain AP, which is not a easy task, we will be the best team in the NFC North. Offensively as long as Orlando Pace can stay healthy and Chris Williams can handle RT our O-Line will be a beast!!!!!!!! That means more open holes for Forte, time for Cutler to make the right reads, and when Hester blows by any corner covering him, an ACTUAL CHANCE our QB hits him in stride for a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG TD!!! No more 8-9 man fronts for the running game to worry about. I know our receivers aren't the best, but the Bears under Lovie Smith have proven they can ride there Defense all the way to the Super Bowl, or at least to the playoffs. I think the Bears win the division, but I know DAMN WELL the Vikings could take it, it will be interesting, but for any Division rival to doubt us is plain stupid!!!
