As someone above me had already mentioned, if you want to get big and gain weight- YOU HAVE TO EAT. Creatine does help though.

You have to eat a minimum of 6 meals a day, and acquire somewhere between 3500-4500 calaries a day, depending on your current body weight.
As far as protein, its a MUST. Protein and muscle building, is like gasoline to a car. If you want your muscles to grow and recover, you need protein. It is recommended that you acquire 1.5-2grams of protein per each pound of body weight. For example if you weigh 150lb, then you try to get at least 200 grams of protein daily.
