lol, i know cats that have taken a shitload, so i dont put that shit passed anyone

LOL!!!! I feel ya. My nephew's skinny ass wanted to start taking that shit, but I told him no. Reason: I knew it was just a phase for him. We gone through this before with other shit.

He was all Mr. Body builder, Arnold, gun ho for lifting weights at the gym...that lasted about a month and a half LOL!!!!

lol, im the same way with almost everything, my music taste changes weekly, my video game choice. i cant tell you how many times ive sold a cd or game, just to buy it back in couple months, keep it for couple weeks, then sell it again

haha @ 136 i haven't weighed that much since like 6th grade.
anyways, I wouldn't worry about creatine right now, just do double servings of protein (whey powder) to get your calorie intake up so you can gain some weight. Once you get bigger you'll get stronger.

lil dan- do you know what whey is? is protein so its going to help your muscles recover after you have finished a workout...i go to the gym and on the way back im drinkin my whey protein shake...all i put into it is whey,water, and dextrose ( artificial sugar)

the dextrose helps bring the protein to your muscles quicker...

but it all depends on how much you eat...i think the ratio was 90:10

eating is 90% of your gains (( dont quote me on that, not FORSURE ))


if you just workout you will see gains in the beginning but there will be a point where you wont gain anything...

think of it like this...you body needs food to make energy so it doesnt try to make energy from your muscles...if you dont eat, your body will get energy from your muscles but if you eat, your body wont touch your muscles...but you need to eat so much that you feel bloated when you go to sleep...you need to eat even when you dont feel hungry...ya kno?

yea thx for that advice.. i HAVE been eatin a lot more especially a lot of meats and stuff..

when i work out, i get RLY thirsty so i drink a lot of water an shit


the guy told me to drink the protein shakes after i eat a meal to make up for any protein intake that i lost..


when i buy mine, i'll post a pic 2 show wut kind it is an whatnot..

if you got the bread, i'd recommend cytogainer..its got all the protein you need plus creatine..AND its a weight gainer so its got a ton of calories..tastes pretty good

imma start useing the creatine once im used to all the water im takin and stuff
ive notice ive been eating allot like during my dinner ans stuff
and before i got to bed is when i take my protien shake

The panda in your sig looks delicious and all, but that makes no sense. Creatine is pure protein. There is nothing about it that will make you "fat" if you take it without working out. Look no further than the instructions for CG3 or similar supplements: 2 scoops on workout days...1 scoop on non work-out days. It's true you don't need as much, but skipping isn't necessary.

As someone above me had already mentioned, if you want to get big and gain weight- YOU HAVE TO EAT. Creatine does help though.

If you are serious, go to www.bodybuilding.com. Enter the super site. Use the search tool and search for "bulk diet". There are plenty of articles that describe how much to eat, and what to eat. Its not easy, but it works. You have to eat a minimum of 6 meals a day, and acquire somewhere between 3500-4500 calaries a day, depending on your current body weight.

As far as protein, its a MUST. Protein and muscle building, is like gasoline to a car. If you want your muscles to grow and recover, you need protein. It is recommended that you acquire 1.5-2grams of protein per each pound of body weight. For example if you weigh 150lb, then you try to get at least 200 grams of protein daily.

Go to www.bodybuilding.com, use the search, and do some research for more detail on this topic.

i can't speak on the taste of cytogainer and what not.. don't need to take weight gainer ... all i need to do is eat and not workout then my ass gains weight ... anyway take some kind of weight gainer if you have trouble putting on mass , but lift and do light cardio...
