i've started lifting like on a weekly schedule type thing,
im tryna get bigger, about ten pounds,
im bout 5'10 and sittin at like 136,
i use this mix stuff called Whey Protein, and i make my shakes with that

so my question,
i was bout to start using creatine, like a bought a tub of it,
but i was wondering how hydrated your suppose to be when your on that stuff
i've heard shyt like if your not hydrated enough u can get like calcium build up in your muslces and stuff, i've been tryna drink like a least one bottle of those smartwater things cause its like a liter, but yea i was jus wonderin if ya'll had any advice on how to take it and with how much water

i use that shit too, i went from 140 to 170 in a couple months. but i grab a 20oz bottle of dasani or whatever, and fill it up twice through a workout, drink throughout, then when yur resting afterwards, drink one, and you should be set.


edit: and dont chug the water, itll mess with yur stomach

also, im gonna be buyin some whey soon and stay on that 4 a bit and then use creatine


aye chingon, does tha whey help a lot? cuz im doin natural right now and i weigh like 107 and my max bench is 130..

i got friends that r football players and creatine makes em pretty big..

and creatine helps rush protein to yur muscles so its a good mix, one word of advice to both of you, if you arent working out THAT day, dont take creatine, if you take it without working out youll get fat off it somehow, and you need to eat a lot of food with protein as well

i mix in allot of things with my shakes
like yogurt, bananas, penut butter, and milk
i was just worried about the creatine casue i dont know hoow to take it

it should come with a scooper, put one of those in an 8 ounce glass of water, stir, and chug that while its still moving from being stirred, the minute it stops moving it settles at the bottum. and like i said, drink a 20 ounce bottle throughout the workout, like on every little 90 second break, get a drink, till its gone, then while your resting after the workout slowly drink another bottle, maybe 2, drink a couple throughout the day as well
