wearing high tube socks is not scrap or norteno shit.
back in the day prisons had one size fits all clothing.with lil elastic in it to stretch.
and the shorter vatos could stretch those socks out by pulling them up. it wasnt just for the way it looked. but also to help warm their legs in the cold winters.
