Although his highly anticipated album Relapse is still weeks away from being released, Eminem is already setting records.

Em's first single off of Relapse, "Crack A Bottle" [click to listen], set a Nielsen SoundScan record today when it became the song with the highest opening week download sales. Last week the single became iTunes' top download, despite an unfinished version being heavily bootlegged upon its release.

With a total of 418,000 sales, "Crack A Bottle" beat out the former record holder, T.I. and Rihanna's "Live Your Life". Aside from the SoundScan record, "Crack A Bottle" will also reach the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart when it's released tomorrow.

Not only will "Crack A Bottle" be featured on Eminem's Relapse, but it will also be added to 50 Cent's upcoming album, Before I Self Destruct. Although there is not set release date for Relapse, 50 told Hollyscoop.com last month that the album is on its way.

"[He's] currently mixing his album right now," 50 Cent explained to Hollyscoop.com. "So it won't be more than maybe two weeks before [the label] starts figuring out the scheduling of the release of his actual project."

50 Cent's Before I Self Destruct is set to be released on March 24.

It's funny how a few months changes someone's tune. When that shit job was leaked, it was said the song was part of those that were cut.

I find it hard to believe that Em will drop anything less than pure fire. Dude has been away from the game for a long time, and I am sure he has some ideas and some lyrics that he has been sitting on that will blow people away. And with the resources he has access to (Dre, but mainly any producers and artist he wants to work with), it is hard for me to think he wont drop something vicious.

EM ALWAYS COMES OUT W/ RADIO TYPE SONGS AS HIS 1ST SINGLE BUT HE GOT SOME FIRE ASS SONGS ON HIS ALBUM..

I HOPE HE HAS ANOTHER TYPE OF GROUP SONG ON RELAPSE LIKE 'SPEND SOME TIME' W/ OBIE TRICE, STAT QUO, N 50 ON ENCORE AND 'LOVE ME' W/ OBIE TRICE AND 50 ON THE 8 MILE SOUNDTRACK..

THOSE TRACKS GO HARD AS HELL

That bootleg version was horrid. Em and 50's verses were okay. Dre's just not good at rapping. That chorus was terrible. Who got the rubbers or whatever.

You can tell Em has skill, but he's just acting silly. I like serious rappers.

I'm waiting for the Proof tribute song. I'm expecting it to be one of Em's best.
