Cowboys vs. 49ers

i was at the game sunday.. i picked the right game to go to i guess.. that 2nd quarter was damn near flawless.. but then again the jets did score 40 on the rams the week before (1st half) as well.. so was it good execution on the niners part? or was it just that the rams are that f*ckin' sorry? a little of both probably

as for this week.. i just hope the niners can compete w/ the cowgirls.. that's all i am asking.. limit mistakes.. play smashmouth fb.. and show and prove that they can keep up with the better teams in the league.. i like singletary's approach.. it seems like the squad is playing hard for him

i agree.. i have yet to see the niners play 4 FULL QUARTERS of quality football
they were a lot more conservative in the 2nd half.. but for good reason.. if they didn't have a 32 point lead i would have been worried.. those 3 false starts in a row starting in their own goal line just made me sick
remember they blew a lead against philly a few weeks ago too =/

as a cowboys fan our pass defense concerns me(see the rams and big plays) pacman might start and he hasnt played in a while and we have rookies who are timid when tackling a rb (see the giants and redskins rushing stats)
whos gonna stop d.ware. as far as giving s.hill time in the pocket niners o-line is suspect at best

the cowboys are a running team and the niners have improved in stopping the run allowing only around 3.0 ypc felix jones might play aswell coming off a hamstring hes a big play player running or returning kick and punts
the niners cant rush the passer and the secondary has been lacking big plays all season

from what i heard pacman won't start until dec. 7th vs. pittsburg
and you're right about the niners pass rush (or lack thereof).. the o-line has been pretty bad too.. but they played well last week.. as long as martz keeps feeding gore and gives shaun hill plays where he can get rid of the ball quickly.. they should be alright
