You ever heard of this term? What do you think? I don't think I like the corrupted journalism...............that's why I think people should be aware of this, and therefore, not to be gullible on what they read, or hear....

I know, but I thought i'd mention it, or discuss.....

If you read something that's bullshit, you should be able to sue the kind of media that reported, and therefore if you have specific true evidence behind whatever the title is saying with false article, you should be able to win

i've noticed that the local news is horrible at reporting important and informative news. Their world/country news is limited to a 3 minute time slot.
It'd be nice if they showed more coverage on all these policies Bush is signing.
I mean they show local news 3 times a day(sometimes 4) and its all repetitive. If you watch the news at 6or 7 am you're most likely going to see the same coverage at 12:00 pm, 5:00 pm and 10or11 pm. And we only get 30 minutes of world and national news on selected tv stations. I'm speaking of regular tv not cable or satellite.

It's like this,"Today in Uganda, the took the Prime Minister's Daughter and the US hopes to get her back, well on another note, today was a cold day"

I would say that the biggest cause of the "corruptness" of today's journalism is definetely the monopoly on the business of the media. Ever since it became a worldwide business, it started to go downhill.

This guy right here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rupert_Murdoch

He controls about 80% or so of the news circulation worldwide. (I'm not sure on the percentage, but it is VERY high).

"Murdoch is seen as either a political neo-conservative or simply an opportunist, who will regularly back an expected winner regardless of principles."

This guy is easily one of the most powerful men in the world and not just because of money, he controls the reality presented to the masses.
